Starke County is linked to the rest of Indiana and the United States through its road and rail infrastructure. Only a 90-minute drive from Chicago, Starke County is easily accessible along highway corridors like U.S. 30, U.S. 35, and numerous state roads. The County's active rail lines include Norfolk Southern, Chicago Fort Wayne & Eastern, and Chesapeake and Indiana/Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum.  There is a lead track into the Knox Industrial Park via Norfolk Southern.
