The U.S. Department of Labor has issued its jobs report for the month of November, finding that the unemployment rate for the country has fallen for the second month in a row, and has reached its lowest point since March of 2009. The rate for November is 8.6%, down from 9.0% registered in October. An additional 120,000 jobs were added in the month, up from October's total of 80,000.
